This year, the “Porte Aperte” (Open Doors) initiative at the Caseificio “La Contadina” in Altavilla Silentina is expected to be another success.
The event will welcome hundreds of visitors, who will have the unique opportunity to taste the products and see the production process in action, from the transformation of milk to the creation of delicious dairy products.
The series of events will take place every Sunday from July to August 28, 2023. Visitors will be guided on a journey of discovery through the production and processing of mozzarella in complete transparency.
The initiative has been well-received by customers in previous years, and has already attracted a large number of visitors.
