Caupona Restaurant: the menu and atmosphere, for one evening, are inspired by Pompeii and Ancient Rome.
On August 3, 2016, at Caupona Restaurant, we will bring to life dishes from Ancient Rome, proposing distant flavors and using sources such as “De Re Conquinqria” by Marco Gavio Apicius, with the use of excellent raw materials, preserving the taste of the Mediterranean, based on interesting contrasts and bold combinations.
All this, among terracotta dishes, waiters in costume, and ancient music.
The Caupona Resaturant is located in a unique setting just a few steps from the ruins of Pompeii, where from some viewpoints it is possible to admire the ruins.
